How to get into the correct car
The hardest part is usually finding the exact pickup point, not speaking to the driver. Keep your destination in Chinese and watch the app for the vehicle plate and driver's messages.
Set the exact pickup point
Large terminals have different floors, doors, zones, and car parks. Follow the app's pickup instructions and compare the Chinese pickup name with nearby signs.
Confirm the car
Match the full license plate, vehicle color, and car model before entering. The driver may ask for the last four digits of the phone number used for the booking.
Confirm the destination and pay
Show the destination in Chinese if needed. Keep the trip inside the app, pay through the app or the meter, and check the seat and trunk before leaving.

The driver cannot see you
Send a photo of the numbered door or pickup sign. Do not wander while the driver is approaching.
Foreign number mismatch
Know which phone number is attached to the ride account and keep its last four digits ready.
Wrong hotel with a similar name
Use a map pin and the full Chinese address, not only an English hotel name.
