Entry is usually straightforward when your passport, arrival information, and accommodation details are ready. Follow the signs for foreign passport holders and answer only what the officer asks.

Follow Arrivals, Immigration, or Foreign Nationals. Have your passport open to the photo page. You may be asked to use a fingerprint reader, look at a camera, or wait while your entry permission is checked.
The officer may ask why you came, how long you will stay, and where you are staying. Show your hotel booking, onward ticket, or invitation on your phone if requested.
After immigration, collect your luggage. Use the green channel only when you have nothing to declare. If you carry restricted items, large amounts of cash, or are unsure, ask an officer and use the red channel.
Do not pay a website to submit the entry card. Use the National Immigration Administration's official channels.
Airport Wi-Fi or roaming may fail. Save the hotel name, full address, and booking confirmation as screenshots.
If you are connecting, check whether you remain airside or must pass immigration and meet entry requirements.
Use the “外国人 / Foreign Nationals” lane
at passport control.
